History
Eric and Heather Burton are the founders of Cohesion Architecture. They started the company because of their love for architecture and desire to form local community partnerships. The vision of Cohesion Architecture is to offer our community full-service architecture that focuses on design aesthetics and personalized building function. Our firm has over 40 years of design experience in both residential and commercial projects, complemented by 23 years of management expertise. Our combined skills give our clients a unique value beyond traditional architectural knowledge. We believe in collaboration, transparency, and improving the client experience. Our support extends throughout all design and construction phases to ensure superior project outcomes and enhance owner experience.
Designer Qualifications
Heather earned a Master of Architecture, Daniel a Bachelor of Architecture, and Devin a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, formerly the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Our team has extensive career experience working on multi-million-dollar projects. We have a proven track record of collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver project value for all stakeholders. Our firm is dedicated to providing value throughout all stages of the project delivery cycle, from conception to completion. Our process begins by understanding our client's vision and aligning with their project objectives to ensure shared appreciation for each project's overall success. Our team members have completed or are currently pursuing various CSI certifications to gain deeper insights into the construction projects we undertake. This helps us to support owner objectives and focus on ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
